Established in 1985, we advocate for the diverse needs and interests of our members, ensuring the safe and sustainable growth of not only the livestock transport sector but the entire rural transport industry. From livestock to essential goods, our members keep Australia moving. As a proud federation of six state associations, our members join through their respective state associations, benefiting from both local and national representation. Together, we work in collaboration to ensure the needs of rural transporters are met across Australia, offering a strong, unified voice for our industry
Our primary aim is to work with governments, industry, community and media to ensure that rural road transport is a safe, responsible and productive part of regional economies and communities.
We represent the interests of rural transporters at local, state, and national levels, engaging with politicians and stakeholders to influence policies and regulations.
